Same family, brand-new hotel
For more than 25 years we have welcomed guests to Medellín as a comfortable, well-located family hotel. Now we have renovated every floor: walnut woodwork, a marble front desk, new bathrooms with hot showers and brighter rooms.
What hasn't changed is how we look after you. We want every stay to start with trust and end with a reason to come back.

Before you arrive
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the day of your booking and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Late check-out and early check-in carry an extra charge and depend on availability.
Is there parking?
No. There is an open space for four vehicles, free of charge, first come first served with no reservations. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles.
The nearest public parking garage is three blocks away.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. We have 200 Mb fiber internet with a separate network on each floor.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, through a trusted executive taxi cooperative we have worked with for years. It costs extra on top of your room rate; message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in the hotel, with no exceptions.
Is there a gym?
No, the hotel doesn't have a gym.
